The stickers are called slappers and are plastered on public property. They are usually of political or pop culture slogans. But near Desert Inn and Valley View Action News found racist ones plastered in the area. Have you seen them in your neighborhood? Let us know in this Action News blog.
Yes Ihave seen racial messages here in Northwest Las Vegas. I personally feel there's not enough education dealing with racial differences in our country. I was in a casino in town over the 4th of July weekend and witnessed a gentleman remove a racial message about our President. I also feel its not a mistake our country has so much diversity and the day we realize the strength of diversity will be a true awakening as a Nation. Markus

I and about three others were sitting at the corner of Desert Inn Rd and Decatur waiting for a bus at approximately 4:20PM, when a red car turned left onto DI. Shortly after the turn a young manand others in the car started to throw eggs and some rocks in our direction. It caught us by suprise. My clothes and package were covered. The gentleman sitting on the beach with me asked what was that. He too was soaked. This along with the slapper and tagging are not allowed in present day America--we have come to far. YOUNG PEOPLE WHAT WERE YOU THINKING???
