Farmers market

Have you ever been to a farmers market? This weekend, a grand opening was held for one in Henderson. About 35 vendors took part and 100% of the proceeds stay with the farmer helping to sustain smaller family farms. In a grocery store typically only 20% of what you spend goes back to farmers. The fresh52 Farmers Market runs each Sunday from 8:30am to 1pm and is located at 9480 South Eastern Ave. in Henderson (near Silverado Ranch Blvd.).
