A 10th grader at Rancho High School was apparently soaked with water by his teacher after falling asleep in math class. Later that day, Michael says the teacher came to his house to set things straight. The boy's mom filed a 5 page complaint with the school and hopes the principal takes what she sees as this teacher's misconduct seriously. The district says it is up to the principal to decide what disciplinary action the teacher will face if any. In the meantime Michael has been moved to a different math class. Do you think the teacher's action is grounds for suspension or was it justified?
